Malayalam-GNOME initial release - Suresh VP

Initial version of Malayalam-GNOME is relased. Downloads are available at download section of Swathantra Malayalam Computing. Download installation tools and Malayalam-GNOME into same directory and unzip installation tool script and execute it.

CVS for smc is now ready. All po files are commited to the module malayalamgnome. Translation is partially complete.
